We offer homegrown fresh produce and handmade specialty items created by talented artisans, gardeners and farmers. Our goal is to provide a family friendly environment full of fun activities and healthy food choices as you shop.

POLK STREET FARMERS & MAKERS MARKET
We are recruiting farmers, makers and food vendors of items that are homemade or homegrown. Examples of products to sell include:  Produce, flowers, fresh eggs, honey, plants, salsa, spice and seasoning blends, candy, candles, dog biscuits, stone ground corn, artisan breads and other baked items such as pies, cakes, cookies, cobblers, apple dumplings, fried pies, fresh tamales and tortillas, canned items such as jams, jellies, preserved fruit, pickled items, meat, vinegars, nuts, herbs and herbal products such as lotions, balms, soaps, oils, teas, bath herbs, salve and massage oils, etc.

WHERE IS THE MARKET LOCATED?
The Polk Street Farmers & Makers Market is located at the intersection of Jefferson & Polk Streets in downtown Mansfield, LA. This convenient location is less than 1/2 mile from Hwy. 171 and is the thoroughfare through the city between Hwy. 171 and I-49.
WHEN IS THE MARKET OPEN?
The 2021 schedule includes Saturdays, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm during the month of June only. We will expand considerably next year (2022.)
WHAT IS THE FEEÂ TO PARTICIPATE IN THE MARKET?
Market fee is $20 per Saturday. If you participate the first 3 Saturdays, the fourth is free.
